Payment

This is a booking request. Your booking is confirmed only after we receive your payment and confirm it with you.

Please read before you book
  • A 50% deposit reserves your date. The balance is due by the day of the charter.
  • Cancellations less than 14 days before the charter are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Cancellations more than 14 days before can be moved to another date within 3 months.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes early. Late arrival does not extend the charter.

Questions

Where do we board?

Coral Cove Marina, Chaguaramas. Please arrive 15 minutes before departure. Late arrival does not extend the charter.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

Yes. Ice and a cooler are provided. You can also add catering or a stocked bar when you book.

Are children welcome?

Yes, children of all ages are welcome.

Is there parking?

Yes. Marina parking is TT$50 per car, paid when you book or in cash on the day.

What should we bring?

Swimwear, a towel and sunscreen.

What happens after I send my request?

You will see the bank details for your deposit. Send us your payment screenshot on WhatsApp and we will confirm your booking.

Payment Policy

A 50% deposit by online bank transfer reserves your date. The remaining 50% can be paid by bank transfer before the charter or in cash on the day. All balances must be paid no later than the day of the charter.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the charter date may be applied to another reservation within 3 months. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the charter date are non-refundable and non-transferable.

How do you use my details?

We use your name, WhatsApp number and email only to arrange and confirm your charter. We do not sell or share your details.

What if the weather is bad?

The captain decides whether conditions are safe to sail. If we cancel because of weather, you can choose a new date.
